Yes, I was very happy with the service from the on-site team. They were very helpful and gave me up-to-date information on what to do and how to take care of my doll. This is much better than other sites I’ve ordered dolls from before! I really like their service! The weight adds realism, it’s just not as easy to move her, but I can put her on the bed.
