The factory did a great job of mixing a slightly lighter shade of Coco skin color for me as I requested. I find that darker cocoa colors don’t light up as well for photographs and are more prone to smudging. Therefore, the correct skin tone is very important and they got it right!

I received the doll in perfect condition, despite the fact that the package was placed “on its side” rather than “flat” on the UPS truck, which meant that all the weight was spread over the arms and right shoulder. Nonetheless: there are hardly any marks, so the TPE is very sturdy ^^^ and solid. (Luckily, there was also a sturdy foam mold in the box).
